Check event web site for updated information including directions, check in times, agendas, list of items to bring, and revisions a few days before the actual event date.

Your e-mail receipt of your credit card payment will be your confirmation that you are paid in full and registered for your event. Products purchased with an event will be delivered at the check in of your registered event, unless purchased separately to add shipping charges. Products will be shipped if you paid shipping charges.
