  • Shipping & Delivery
  • At this time, Peak Inspiration ships merchandise only to locations within the United States and not to international locations. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.


  • Sales Tax
  • Peak Inspiration charges sales tax for merchandise ordered on this Web site based on the applicable state sales tax rate and the location to which the order is being shipped. If you order taxable products that have not been charged an additional sales tax, or with an event registration as an Idaho resident, or to be delivered in Idaho, your purchase price includes the tax within the price.


  • Return Policy
  • You may purchase merchandise from this Web site by using any one of the payment options listed in (link to Payment Options). Peak Inspiration reserves the right to change its payment procedures at any time without prior notice to you. All event registration fees are 100% transferable to a future event, merchandise, or another person for no charge if requested in writing at least 7 days in advance (e-mail info@PeakInspiration.com to request). Volleyball camp or clinic registration fee refunds are less a $50 fee per person if requested in writing at least 30 days prior to event, or less a $100 fee per person if requested in writing at least 14 days prior to event. If paying a volleyball camp team deposit (team camp), it will count as 3 individual registrations when requesting a refund, therefore refunds will be less $150 or $300 respectively in accordance with the deadlines above. No volleyball camp or clinic refunds will be made if requested less than 14 days in advance. No refunds on any Tahoe Run Series, Endurance Festival or Mountain Duathlon event. Space is reserved on a first-paid basis. Event facilities, routes and times may be changed at the discretion of the Director due to weather, safety, construction, permits, rental agreement changes, and other factors.
